Phonak Marvel Domes were launched specifically for Marvel receiver-in-the-canal hearing aids, however, they are also compatible with Phonak Paradise and the new Lumity Hearing Aids using 4.0 receivers or 4.0 slim tubes, and are available in 4 different styles with 3 sizing options.

Description

It is recommended to change your hearing aid domes once a year at the very least. More regular changes can help avoid the build up on wax and debris in your hearing aid receiver and keep things functioning fully for optimum sound performance.

Compatibility

The Phonak 4.0 Domes are for Marvel, Paradise and Lumity aids which use 4.0 receivers or 4.0 slim tubes. These can be placed on any strength of stock receiver you have – standard, medium or power. If you have a custom tip receiver please note that these are not compatible with these domes. If you use Phonak 2 Pin xReceivers or HE Slim Tubes, you will require the Phonak Unitron Smokey Domes, which can be found HERE.

The 4.0 Hearing Aid Domes are compatible with Marvel, Paradise, and Lumity Aids including;

  • Paradise Life
  • Lumity Life
  • Nathos Nova M (NHS)
  • Audeo M, P
  • Naida M, P
  • Specsavers Advance 70 & 71 Series

It is also possible to measure your domes at home. The base diameter of your dome will be found in millimeters, please find the dome measurements below.

PLEASE NOTE: We are more than happy to help identify which dome you need if you are unsure, but please note domes are NON-RETURNABLE when they have been opened due to health and hygiene purposes. Please be sure on your dome type, and size, before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

Available styles

Open: Rounded style with holes which allow for natural sound to pass into the ear canal, usually for when low frequency hearing is good but high frequencies are drowned out.

Available in the below sizes:

  • Small = approx. 7mm
  • Medium = approx. 9mm
  • Large = approx. 11mm

Vented: Bud shaped style with tiny opens for ventilation, usually opted for moderate hearing loss.

Available in the below sizes:

  • Small = approx. 6mm
  • Medium = approx. 8mm
  • Large = approx. 10mm

Power: Bell shaped style with double skirts for better seal of sound. Usually opted for those with moderate-severe hearing loss.

Available in the below sizes:

  • Small = approx. 9mm
  • Medium = approx. 11mm
  • Large = approx. 13mm

Cap – only available in small. Very basic style which literally caps the receiver. More rarely used but opted for generally for very small or narrow ear canals.
