Description

The Starkey SnapFit Receiver 2.0 provides a high quality sound delivery system. These speaker units are designed to provide enhanced sound clarity, ensuring comfort and optimal performance. Exclusively compatible with the Starkey Genesis AI and Edge AI ranges of hearing aids.

Available in three power levels – Low (L), Medium (M), and High (H) – and in various lengths for both left and right ears, the Starkey SnapFit 2.0 receivers accommodate a wide range of hearing needs. The receiver wires are fitted with HearClear Wax Filters and are compatible with Starkey Comfort Bud domes and SnapFit Retention/Sports locks, ensuring dependable performance and easy maintenance.

Starkey SnapFit 2.0 RIC Receiver wires are compatible with the newest hearing aid range launched in 2023, and are NOT compatible with the older models, such as Starkey Evolv, Starkey Livio, Starkey Muse or Starkey Halo. The older hearing aids require the original SnapFit receiver.

Receiver wires do become worn after time. Receivers on average can last up to 6-12 months, this does depend on your amount of use. Especially if you remove and insert your hearing aids daily. If your audio quality begins to reduce we recommend maintaining your hearing aids by changing your wax filters and replacing your receiver wire.

How to Use:

To use the SnapFit 2.0 Receivers, select the appropriate power level (L, M, or H) and length for your specific hearing needs. Attach the receiver to your Starkey Genesis AI or Edge AI hearing aids, ensuring it is securely connected. Use the HearClear Filters and Comfort Bud domes to maintain the receiver and keep it free of debris for optimal performance.

Each receiver is colour coded to help you identify which ear is required.

Ear side:

Blue = Left

Red = Right

On the side of the receiver wire, you should either see a print or an embossed set of numbers/letters. These will indicate your strength and wire length.

These are the small grey rubber tips that are placed on the end of your receiver and sit inside your ear canal. There are many different types of domes to suit your hearing loss.
