Phonak Naída L-UP hearing aids are behind-the-ear (BTE) devices designed for severe to profound hearing loss. Regular cleaning will keep them performing at their best:
Ear Hook and Ear Mould
- Detach the ear mould and clean it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before reconnecting to the ear hook.
- Wipe the ear hook gently with a dry, soft cloth.
Hearing Aid Body
- Use specialised hearing aid cleaning wipes to remove dirt, oil, and moisture from the main body. Avoid using water or household cleaners.
Storage
- Store your hearing aids in a clean, dry case when not in use. For additional protection, use a drying box or dehumidifier to prevent moisture buildup.
