How to identify your retention size:
To ensure the correct fit when selecting a hearing aid retention lock, it’s important to match the variation of the lock to the power level of your receiver wire. Your receiver will be either Standard (S), Medium (M) or Power (P) , and this is indicated by a small S, M or P printed on the end of the receiver. Once you’ve identified whether you have a Standard, Medium or Power receiver, simply choose the corresponding retention lock in the same variation for optimal performance and comfort.

I am not happy with the delivery service you use I paid for a one to two day delivery and it took 10 days I think they should review delivery and not use post office otherwise I think they will loose customers .you did refund delivery but that did not make up for the items received 8 days late .I have had to order items else where .I have not beenable to comment on goods
