Oticon Real miniBTE-R hearing aids are designed for durability and ease of use. Keeping them clean ensures long-lasting performance:
MiniFit Tubes and Domes:
- Detach tubes and domes from your hearing aids.
- Wash with warm, soapy water and let them dry completely before reattaching.
- Replace domes every 2–3 months for optimal hygiene and performance.
Ear Hook and Earmould:
- Clean the ear mould with mild soap and water.
- Use an air blower to remove trapped moisture in the tubing.
Hearing Aid Body:
- Wipe with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove oils and debris.
- Avoid exposure to water or cleaning solutions on the device body.
Storage
- Store your hearing aids in a clean, dry case.
